Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) are benefit schemes which are valuable for employees and employers, primarily promoting health and happiness. Ang Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) ay mga benepisyong programa na mahalaga para sa mga empleyado at employers, na nangungunang nagpapromote ng kalusugan at kasiyahan. Minsan, nagkakaroon ng mga sitwasyon o kalagayan ang mga empleyado na kailangan ng espesyalisadong medikal na pangangalaga. Ang aming EAP ay binuo upang matulungan ang inyong mga empleyado na malutas ang mga problema sa kalusugan ng pag-iisip upang mapanatili ang kanilang emosyonal na kalagayan at mapataas ang kanilang performance sa trabaho. Lahat ng pakikipag-ugnayan sa mga empleyado ay tiyak na kumpidensyal sa pagitan ng doktor at pasyente.
