Panic Attacks are often triggered by a scary experience or large amounts of stress but can sometimes happen for no apparent reason. Going through a panic attack can be very frightening for the person and can cause them to think they have a life-threatening illness. When experiencing a panic attack, it might be in your best interest to see a medical professional.
Social Anxiety Disorder
People living with Social anxiety disorder find it very hard to involve themselves in social situations, even being a part of a group in the work place is a difficult task. Social anxiety disorder is when someone has a fear of being judged by other people or the fear of being embarrassed in public. This can cause people to have stage fright, or even a fear of intimacy. As humans are often very social beings, this can make day to day life very difficult for those living with the disorder.

This is a very commonly spoken about form as anxiety, usually people joke about them having it because they like things done a certain way, but, in reality, is a very series condition which negatively effects people every day. People with OCD suffer repetitive thoughts or the urge to repeat actions. People with this condition are aware that their obsessions are unnecessary, but they must perform the action or continuously think about their thoughts to relive anxious feelings.
Separation Anxiety Disorder
A person can be diagnosed with this disorder if they feel high levels of anxiety when separated from a person a place which provides them with a feeling of safety. People can end up panicking while separated.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
